Scoliosis
management for adults and children may include
the use of Spinecor; a spinal orthosis
(corrective brace) designed to help retrain
muscle recruitment patterns while comfortably
reducing the Scoliosis. Adult management is
still investigational, however, early results
are promising.
Other spinal deformities which may
respond to treatment include: Kyphosis,
Kyphoscoliosis, Functional Scoliosis, Postural
fatigue, Infantile Scoliosis and Scoliosis as a
consequence of neurological
complications.
In worldwide clinical use, this
new treatment has been shown to be effective in
89% of cases (either by stabilization or
improvement in (Cobb) angle of the
curve).
